Operator responsibilities

The operator owns sender identity, domain verification, email compliance, brand copy, support inbox routing, and any market-specific communication requirements.

Technical configuration

A production setup normally requires:

• Resend API key.
• Verified sending domain.
• Sender address configuration.
• Environment-specific email settings.
• Template and message review.

Operational notes

Email delivery should be tested in staging before production. Operators should confirm sender reputation, deliverability, unsubscribe or compliance requirements where applicable, and the support process for failed or bounced messages.
